Thank you for choosing SO Architectural Design LTD for your site design consultation. We strive to provide professional and insightful sessions to help grow your digital presence.
Your Statutory Rights
Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the date you made the purchase, provided the consultation has not yet taken place.
Service Commencement

If you book a consultation to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request the service to begin before the cancellation period expires.

If the consultation is fully delivered during this time, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you cancel after we have begun preparatory work for your consultation but before the session takes place, we reserve the right to retain a proportionate amount of the fee to cover costs incurred.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation at no extra cost, provided you give us at least [e.g., 24 or 48] hours' notice.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a late-cancellation fee of 50%.
Refunds for Non-Attendance
No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled start time of the consultation are non-refundable.
Faulty Service & Statutory Rights
If the consultation service provided is not as described or is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, please contact us at info@soarchitecturaldesign.com so we can resolve the issue, which may include a re-performance of the service or a partial/full refund.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation approval.
