We take your project from initial survey all the way through to a full set of Building Regulations drawings - so when your planning comes back approved, you're ready to go to builders immediately without delay or additional fees. What's included: Measured site survey, feasibility sketch, full planning drawings, Design & Access Statement (where required), planning application management, Building Regulations drawings, thermal/condensation calculations where required, and submission to Building Control. 2026 Pricing: • Single storey rear extension: £3,500 • Loft conversion: £4,500 • Double storey extension: £5,500 Note: Structural engineering, council fees, and specialist reports are not included.
