This is the right package if your project is notifiable under CDM (most projects with more than one contractor are), or if you want one point of contact managing everything before work starts on site. What's included: All planning and Building Regulations work, Principal Designer / CDM Coordinator role (F10 notification, Pre-Construction Health & Safety Pack, Construction Phase Plan - value: £950), project specification, Schedule of Works for builder tendering, and tender review support. 2026 Pricing: • Single storey rear extension: £5,500 • Loft conversion: £6,500 • Double storey extension: £8,000 Note: Structural engineering, council fees, and specialist reports are not included.
