Aerial Site Documentation captures your live build from above - but with one critical difference. Every visit is conducted by a CDM Principal Designer who reads your drawings. You get imagery framed against the planning approval, captioned in construction language your QS understands, and delivered as a defensible dated record suitable for client updates, marketing, and dispute defence. WHAT YOU GET PER VISIT - 30 minutes on site - 25 to 40 processed 4K stills, dated and timestamped - One short orbital video clip (15 to 30 seconds) - Files delivered via WeTransfer within 48 hours - Full risk assessment, flight log, and CAA compliance documentation retained for 3 years - Captions written by an architectural designer, not a hobbyist WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT Most drone operators sell flight time. This service sells construction-literate documentation. The person flying the drone is the same person who can read your structural calcs, identify your build stage from progress, and reference the right RIBA work stage in the deliverable. It is not suitable for 3D photogrammetry, BIM-grade orthomosaic mapping, or flight over uninvolved persons in densely populated central London zones - those require higher-spec equipment and GVC with Operational Authorisation.
